3.2 Merchants

Merchants can create market profiles, list products, manage offers, and process customer orders. Additional terms may apply to merchant accounts.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use Sufranest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4.2 Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content they post, including product listings, reviews, and messages. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Orders and Transactions

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through Sufranest, you are making an offer to purchase products from the merchant. The merchant has the right to accept or reject your order.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the local currency and are set by individual merchants. Sufranest is not responsible for pricing errors made by merchants.

5.3 Payment

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your orders.

6. Push Notifications

By using Sufranest, you may receive push notifications about:

• Order updates and status changes
• New offers in your area
• Special promotions and deals
• Market updates

You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings at any time.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information (name, email, profile picture)
• Location data (for finding nearby markets)
• Order history and preferences
• Device tokens for push notifications

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sufranest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• All products listed by merchants are available or as described

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufranest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

11. Merchant Responsibilities

Sufranest acts as a platform connecting customers with merchants. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality, safety, or legality
• Fulfillment of orders by merchants
• Disputes between customers and merchants
• Merchant conduct or business practices

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your actions harm other users or our platform
• As required by law

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Sufranest after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
